Items to consider before submitting a bug report
- Are you using the latest version? If not, please upgrade to the latest version to make sure the bug you are experiencing still exists.
- Did you search for an answer in the Singer's Creations support forums? If not, please look for an answer there before submitting a bug report.
Items to include in your bug report
- A precise, detailed description of the problem.
- What did you expect to happen?
- What actually happened?
- Steps that can be followed to reproduce the problem.
- If you received an error message, include the exact wording of the error message.
